Alpha comes to you today to say he doesn’t know what happened to JackThreads.com. In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro has promoted them 7 – 10 times over the past 2 or 3 years. He loved their designs, pricing, and clothing (he’s even wearing their jeans as he films this video). However, some things have changed.
Some Things Changed
First, they stopped the home try-on program which took the risk from purchasing online. Second, as of the last promotion, they didn’t offer Alpha M. viewers any deals. One step further, after the launch of the last video (Spring Essentials) that featured JackThreads, viewers were reporting problems.
The Customer Experience
Alpha is selective about which brands he promotes – and he was excited about JackThreads. However, once the Spring Essentials video was posted, he realized that something was going on after he received viewer emails describing challenges they recently experienced.
Keep in mind that sometimes customers just have a bad experience. Also, sometimes Alpha likes a product that others don’t — it doesn’t mean it’s a crappy product. Further, just because Alpha talked about the product, he doesn’t have an ‘in’ with the company.
Alpha’s Action & Response
After viewer emails that were negative about JackThreads, Alpha researched what is going on – and realized he can’t recommend them anymore. He also took down the JackThreads videos. No amount amount of money is worth your trust, and Alpha wants to maintain his credibility. He is sorry for any viewer who had a bad experience.
