You’re good-looking and charming, but you’re making some style mistakes that are destroying your ability to be sexy as hell. I am going to review some of these because I want you to be sexy as hell.
- Black suits — black suits are never an option unless you’re attending a funeral. Otherwise, black is horrible. Go for charcoal gray or navy blue instead.
- Dirty shoes — nasty and scuffed shoes are a deal breaker. Everyone notices shoes, so you don’t want to be rocking dirty kicks.
- Lame glasses — glasses are a potential opportunity, but they can turn into a liability for some guys. You want frames that add interest, have structure and detail, and are an accessory for your face. They can balance your face and make you look more attractive and interesting. Don’t rock Uncle Barry’s glasses!
- Lint and pet fur — use a lint roller, gentlemen! Also, invest in a pill ball shaver on Amazon to rid yourself of fabric balls.
- Oversized sweaters — you need to wear clothing that fits to look your best. Opt for a v-neck to make your face look more angular, and your shoulders appear wider.
- Little boy polo shirts — don’t get caught in a little boy polo or dorky dad polo. Collars and Co. has perfected the polo with their collars and fabric.
- Fake leather jackets — invest in a higher quality leather jacket so you don’t look low-budget in a fake. Bombers are an incredible jacket that every single dude needs.
- Wife beaters — the wife beater is one of the most douchy shirts a dude can rock solo. Opt for a more refined tank from H&M that looks much more acceptable and put together.
- Jammed pockets — a bunch of crap in your pockets distort the line of your pants and package.
- These jeans — dad jeans, distressed, and tight jeans are all a big ‘no.’
- Big, thick belts — big belts and belt buckles are out of style. But make sure, if you’re wearing a belt, that it matches and coordinates with your shoes in leather and finish. Fabric belts are a great option if going casual, and they don’t need to match your shoes, but they need to coordinate.
- Offensive tee shirts — don’t wear stupid graphic tee shirts. A clean, classic tee is optimal, whether a crew or v-neck. You can use these to layer with as well. Make sure they fit, and make sure you don’t cover your triceps.
