No BS Guide to Making Your P*NIS BIGGER!

If you’re a man who has struggled with insecurity about the size of your Big Al, today’s video is for you. I wish I had this when I was younger and struggling. I have always struggled with insecurity about my Big Al because I’m not a big dude. Even though data says that 5 to 7 in is average, that didn’t matter to me. I was 6 in and still wildly insecure about my size for various reasons. And the insecurity is not only length but also girth.

So, I will go over options for enhancement that will make Big Al physically bigger but also some natural supplements and lifestyle modifications that will make Big Al hard as a rock.

Methods to enhance Big Al

  • Lengthening surgery. The procedure cuts the anchoring ligament to create more length. The downside is that Big Al will never point north again from the loss of support from that ligament.
  • Thickening surgery. Cadaver tissue is harvested, and an incision is made into Big Al. The tissue is wrapped inside around the chambers. The downside is lower satisfaction.
  • Fillers and injections. Resilin injections, used as lip filler, are injected into your penis to make it thicker. Another option is fat injections, where body fat is harvested through lipo and injected into your penis. The downside to fat injections is lumpy and irregularly shaped Big Al, which is not sexy.
  • Implants. Penuma implants are silicone sleeves inserted underneath the skin over the top of the two chambers. Although people report high satisfaction, the costs are high.
  • Extenders. These contraptions are worn on your penis for seven hours a day, and your penis is lengthened over time. It doesn’t do anything for thickness, and reports of tearing and damage have been reported.
  • Jelqing. With this, your weiner is milked and stretched, but being too aggressive can cause damage. Basically, your penis has two chambers that are like sponges which fill with blood. When you get hard, pulling more blood into the chambers over time, they’ll stretch and enlarge it. A lot of times, this method is combined with a pump.
  • Pump. I’ve been using my Bathmate pump for months and love this product. It’s changed my life.   • Smoking. It’s one of the worst things you can do for circulation, which affects your penis. Nicotine is a vasoconstrictor, constricting blood vessels.
  • L-arginine and L-citrulline. Both increase blood flow, and the more blood flow goes to Big Al, the bigger, better, and harder it will become. Both are natural amino acids that convert to nitric oxide, a vasodilator.
  • Alcohol. Reducing the amount of alcohol you’re consuming because it prevents proper firing. You will get a whiskey weenie when you drink too much.
  • Diet. A high and crap food diet will not allow Big Al to be as strong or solid as possible. A diet of clean, lean proteins, healthy vegetables, and good fats benefits your body and Big Al. Also, Vitamin D is a fantastic supplement for a Big Al’s health, and magnesium is beneficial for testosterone production.
  • Testosterone. If you think you have Lowe’s testosterone, your weiner will not function properly. Make sure you go get that checked.
  • Working out. Lifting weights and doing cardio will help facilitate freeze testosterone production. Exercise also gets the blood flowing and helps circulation. Remember that circulation equates to a bigger weiner.
  • Porn. Reduce the amount of porn that you’re watching. If you’re struggling with feelings of inadequacy or insecurity, watching a lot of porn will not help.
  • Therapy. If you’re having an issue dealing with yourself or are super insecure, combine some of the things we discussed with therapy. Therapy is an additional tool to help you deal with the issues.
