Some videos I film are for you, but others are for me. Today’s video is not for me, as it’s something that I need to hear and remind myself of. I’m going to review what you should never apologize for.
Keep in mind the world does not revolve around you. As soon as you understand this, you’ll free yourself from the pressure of feeling like everybody is judging you. When you want to do something different, take the chance.
Also, do not allow fear of what others are thinking about you to hold you back. They’re not thinking about you as much as you think they are. They are too worried about their own issues and insecurities. Take your shot and do what you’ve wanted to because you only have one shot at this life. Never apologize for living your dream.
- A healthy diet. If you want to eat healthy, it doesn’t matter if it makes others uncomfortable. If you choose to eat clean and healthy, and they don’t, you don’t have to apologize. Further, if people who are drinking want to criticize you for not drinking, you may want to not hang out with them. Drinking can be self-destructive. Also, drunk people are super annoying. You don’t have to apologize for not drinking.
- Success. You should be proud of yourself for success but don’t have to apologize or play it down. This doesn’t mean to boast or brag, but you don’t need to make an excuse for your success.
- Who you love. You don’t need to apologize for who you love or where you stick your weiner. You should not feel wrong for loving whoever you want to love, whether it’s a man, a woman, an older woman, or a big-ass woman. Embrace it.
- Your choices. Do not let other people’s opinions affect your choices. You have one life, and you make the best decisions for you. Choose how you live now.
- Looking amazing. Never apologize for wanting to look amazing, dressing well, having fantastic hair, and spending time taking care of yourself. I take care of my face through a few steps. Tiege Hanley uncomplicatedly has them all, including face wash, exfoliating, and moisturizing twice a day.
- Your opinion and saying ‘no’. Never apologize for your opinion unless you find out it was wrong or if it was a mistake. Nothing is more confident than when you own a mistake or come back and say that you are sorry. Also, you should never apologize for saying no. You should not be a people pleaser and say yes to everything. You need to stand up for yourself and not be a nice guy.
- Changing. Whether you change your hair, facial hair, style, job, career, partner, or whatever, never apologize for growing or doing something different. Make sure you step out of the box because a box is constricting and constraining. Don’t worry about what other people think; try new things.
