The number one thing I’m working on this year is my body. Although I’m not sloppy fat, I let it get out of hand. I don’t like the way that I look.
My body fat has gotten too high, and the summer is coming. I want to take you shopping at Whole Foods to buy some needed items and share my plan. I can’t film in the store, so I’ll show you what I got back at my office. I want to discuss my plan and the foods I eat to shred my body fat.
Breakfast
The first meal is my breakfast, which I have different protein-packed options. One is Alpha Oats. This is a half cup of oatmeal, high in fiber and slow digesting. I add one scoop of chocolate protein with one piece of fruit. That piece of fruit could be a green apple or a grapefruit. It’s full of fiber and tastes great. Another option is to have a container of cottage cheese with a handful of almonds. Another meal is six eggs. I eat two yolks and six whites of these eggs. I’ll also have half an avocado with these eggs. I typically eat breakfast around 10:30 or 11:00.
Lunch
Three hours later, I’ll have my lunch. I typically have a Factor meal for lunch, which is around 550 calories. This allows me to stay on my plan while having a delicious lunch. Use code 50ALPHAM to get 50% OFF plus free shipping on your first Factor box.
Dinner
I cook sweet potatoes in the microwave for dinner, typically around 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. Then, I have a lean protein like bison, which is better than beef. A chicken breast is also another option. I can dip it in a sauce like hot sauce, ketchup, or perhaps a spoonful of hummus. I can also make a London broil and cut it into strips. Salmon is another option, and it is one of the most incredible foods out there. It has omega-3 fatty acids.
Snack
I typically go to bed around 10:00 p.m., so I get a bit of a sweet tooth. Before I go to bed, I usually have Alpha oats, which is chocolate protein, with half a cup of oatmeal.
