Week One: let it grow. Don’t trim or shave. While it’s growing, wash beard twice a day to enhance blood flow. Take B vitamins (B complex) too to increase speed of growth as well as a multi-vitamin (C, E, A, Iron, and Zinc). Incorporate a Omega 3 Fatty Acid diet that is also rich in protein.
