The BARE MINIMUM Routine to Be Attractive

Most guys think they have to spend tons of time grooming to be perfect, or buy overpriced skincare worth $300 to achieve glowing skin, or spend hours every day in the gym to look awesome. The truth is, this is entirely false.

Today, I’m going to go over the bare minimum routine, the Lazy Guy Blueprint to always look awesome without trying too hard. There are four categories: grooming, style, fitness, and lifestyle. Each plays a part, but it’s not complicated when broken down bare bones.

GROOMING

Wash your face every day, twice a day. Moisturize with a high-quality moisturizer that has an SPF to protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays. If you have a problem area, such as bags, acne, or dark circles, additional steps and products can be used to address it.

Have a hairstyle that is intentional, not wild and grown out. Have it cut every 4 to 6 weeks, and use high-quality products. Wash your hair every day, and condition it every other day.

Facial hair should be well-groomed, edged, and clean. Your eyebrows should be two and plucked. You do not need to shape them.

Your teeth need to be white, and your breath needs to be fresh. Brush your teeth twice daily, and floss.

Use a high-quality fragrance, which REBEL is my favorite. Use a non-toxic deodorant, like one from Pete & Pedro. Also, powder your balls daily before you leave the house.

Keep your nails trimmed. Make sure your feet aren’t funky.

STYLE

Wear good shoes because every great outfit starts at the feet. Ensure they’re clean and appropriate, but nothing overly trendy.

Your pants need to fit your body. There should not be too big, baby, loose, or sagging. Your shirt should also fit your body well, and it shouldn’t have too many crazy patterns. Choose subdued and muted colors.

Their outfits should be coordinated, and use a lint roller. Iron them so they’re not wrinkled.

Wear a watch. A ring and necklace are also choice accessories. Sunglasses are another incredible way to elevate your style.

FITNESS

Work out with weights 3 days a week. You don’t need to spend hours at the gym.

LIFESTYLE

Drink 120 oz of water daily.

Ensure you get enough sleep, which is at least 7 hours of uninterrupted rest.

Prepare your meals at home and bring them with you to work and elsewhere. Only eat out twice a week.

Reduce carbohydrates and sugar to eat as cleanly and healthily as possible.

Drink alcohol responsibly, two times a week maximum.

Don’t smoke.
